What kind of Instagram account do I need?

ReplyAmigo works with Creator and Business accounts (Instagram calls both “professional” accounts). Instagram's messaging API isn't available to personal accounts, so ReplyAmigo can't connect to one.

1. 1In the Instagram app, open your profile and tap the menu (☰).
2. 2Go to Settings and privacy → Account type and tools.
3. 3Tap Switch to professional account and choose Creator or Business.

You don't need a Facebook Page. ReplyAmigo connects through Instagram's own login.
