The Conversations list in a reel's editor shows everyone who entered the flow and how far they got:
- Greeted: they got the first DM but haven't tapped yet.
- Follow requested: they tapped but weren't following, so they've been asked to follow.
- Completed: they received your final message.
If a message to someone failed, their row shows a red ⚠ with Instagram's reason. See A commenter didn't get the DM for the usual causes.
