Switching a reel Live only affects new comments. If people commented before you set it up, you can reply to them yourself:
- 1Make sure the reel is Live. Nothing is sent while it's off.
- 2In the reel's editor, find Comments from before setup and press Check.
- 3Check the list: who would get a DM, and why any comments are skipped.
- 4Press Reply & DM to send them for real.
What gets skipped#
- Comments older than 7 days. Instagram won't allow a DM reply after that, so ReplyAmigo doesn't post a public reply it can't follow through on.
- Comments that don't match your keywords.
- Comments you've already replied to, and your own comments.
