Personalize messages with their name

Type a tag into any message and ReplyAmigo fills it in when it sends:

• {{first_name}} or {{name}}: their first name
• {{last_name}}: their surname
• {{full_name}}: their full display name
• {{username}}: their Instagram handle

Example: Hey {{first_name}} 👋 here's the guide you asked for!

Why the greeting sometimes shows a username#

When ReplyAmigo sends the first DM, Instagram hasn't shared the person's display name yet, only their username. So {{first_name}} uses their username in the greeting and their real name in later messages. If neither is known, it says “there”. A raw {{tag}} is never sent.
